If you are a beginner with little to no experience, there are 2 options to get you started.
The first is by taking our Intro to Boxing Program. This program consists of 4 classes over 2 weeks. We also offer a 2 day weekend intensive option if you prefer. In addition to getting to know the trainers and how the gym works, you will learn the basic punches, defense, and footwork. Gloves and wraps are included with the program and are yours to keep. The cost for the program and equipment is $75. Upon completion, we will help you plan your next steps and get you set up for success with group lessons or private lessons.
If you prefer more individualized attention, then starting off with a few private lessons might be the best choice for you. Private lessons provide you with a solid foundation of boxing technique as well as a conditioning routine tailored to your goals.
If you have some boxing experience, you can go right into group classes with a monthly membership or a 10 pack of classes. These options are simply based on the number of days you plan on training. We suggest starting out twice a week but if your schedule won’t allow it, purchase a 10 pack instead. Some boxing is definitely better than no boxing at all. You can always change to a membership when your schedule allows.

If you have some boxing experience and want to try out a class before committing, take a trial lesson first. A lesson is $30 and when you decide to join, we will apply it to a membership or 10 pack of classes.
