Our Trainers
A former member of the Trinidadian national boxing team, Isaac is always a gym favorite.
At 6’5″and 250 lbs, Isaac is definitely not someone you want to get in a ring with, but he is someone you want as your trainer. He is highly knowledgeable and is committed to bringing out the best in everyone he trains. Isaac tailors each session to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through challenging yet enjoyable workouts. Isaac is a USA Boxing-certified coach. He is available for private and small group training, as well as our Intro to Boxing program and group classes.
