While many fitness routines rely on repetitive motions, boxing is different. It's a sport that builds both your mind and body. Our small group boxing classes at Victory Boxing NYC are fun and welcoming, with an emphasis on proper technique and cardiovascular fitness, not on aggressive fighting.
We believe everyone is a winner, and you are welcome here. Many of our classes are non-contact, but you will still learn self-defense techniques as part of our traditional boxing program.
What to Expect in Our Group Classes
Our 50-minute classes are a full-body workout that combines proper boxing technique with conditioning. You will learn the basic boxer's stance, punches, and defensive strategies. Our training will also help you develop present-moment awareness, teaching you to focus on your heart rate, surroundings, and the next punch combination. Our classes include:
