The best way to start is with our Intro to Boxing Program or a few private lessons if you prefer more individualized attention.
No, that's what we're here for! We have a lot of experience and know how to get you in shape safely and effectively, no matter your current fitness level.
No. We never force anyone to spar if they don't want to. If you ever decide you'd like to try, all sparring sessions are with a trainer and are fully supervised.
If you're currently working with a trainer or are a trainer yourself, please contact us for details.
If you're a beginner with little to no experience, we have two excellent options to get you started.
1. The Intro to Boxing Program
This program consists of four classes over two weeks. We also offer a two-day weekend intensive option. You'll get to know our trainers and learn the basics of the gym while mastering fundamental punches, defense, and footwork. The program costs $75 and includes gloves and wraps that are yours to keep. Upon completion, we will help you plan your next steps, whether that's with group lessons or private lessons.
2. Private Lessons
If you prefer more individualized attention, a few private lessons might be the best choice for you. Private lessons provide a solid foundation in boxing technique and a conditioning routine that is specifically tailored to your goals.
For Those With Experience
If you already have some boxing experience, you can go directly into our group classes with either a monthly membership or a 10-class pack. The choice depends on how often you plan to train. We suggest starting twice a week, but if your schedule doesn't allow it, a 10-pack is a great alternative—some boxing is always better than none! You can always switch to a monthly membership when your schedule allows.
If you're unsure about your skill level and are deciding between our Intro to Boxing Program and a group class, just contact us, and we'll help you decide which option is best for you.
If you have some experience and want to try a class before committing, a trial lesson is a great option. A lesson is $30, and we will apply that cost toward a membership or a 10-pack of classes when you decide to join.
